6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-3/4 lbs.), pounded 1/4 inch thick

Preheat oven to 375°. Grease 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.

Season chicken, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Spoon about 1/2 cup Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli on each chicken breast. Roll up and secure with wooden toothpicks.

Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs. In prepared baking dish, arrange chicken. Evenly drizzle melted margarine. Bake 35 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
