Stuffed Chicken Rollatini

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-3/4 lbs.), pounded 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli, prepared according to package directions
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 Preheat oven to 375°. Grease 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  • 2 Season chicken, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Spoon about 1/2 cup Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli on each chicken breast. Roll up and secure with wooden toothpicks.
  • 3 Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs. In prepared baking dish, arrange chicken. Evenly drizzle melted margarine. Bake 35 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
