Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

  • 1 tub Knorr® Homestyle Stock - Vegetable
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 Preheat oven to 450°.
  • 2 Combine all ingredients except potatoes in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
  • 3 Turn into 13 x 9-in. roasting pan. Roast, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and golden, about 50 minutes.
