In 4-quart saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook onion, garlic, red pepper and salt, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Stir in pineapple, rice, water, Knorr® Shrimp flavor Bouillon Cube, and Knorr® Sazon with Coriander and Annatto. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 20 minutes. Stir in shrimp. Simmer covered an additional 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
