Pork Chops with Apple-Onion Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 bone-in pork chops or boneless pork chops
  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider or apple juice
  • 2 apples, cored and sliced
  • 1 package Knorr® French Onion recipe mix
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 package Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Chicken flavor, prepared according to package directions

  • 1 Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and brown chops, turning once. Remove chops and set aside.
  • 2 Stir apple cider, apples, Knorr® French Onion recipe mix and vinegar into same skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low. Return chops to skillet and simmer covered 10 minutes or until chops are done. Serve with hot Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Chicken flavor.
