- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 -lb. flank steak or skirt steak, sliced
- 1 package Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Mexican Rice
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
MELT margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak, stirring frequently, until desired doneness. Remove steak and set aside.
PREPARE Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Mexican Rice in same skillet according to package directions, stirring in tomatoes during the last 5 minutes of cook time.
STIR in steak. Sprinkle with avocado and cheese.
