  • 5 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 lb. all-purpose potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch thick wedges
  • 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Taste of India Meat & Vegetable Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Preheat oven to 425°. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or coat pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  • 2 Combine vegetables, Knorr® Taste of India Meat & Vegetable Seasoning and olive oil in large bowl. For best results, season with salt.
  • 3 Arrange on rimmed baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until vegetables are golden brown and tender. Serve with chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
