- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon
- 4 large red bell peppers or yellow or orange bell peppers, (about 3 lbs.), quartered and cored
- 6 large jalapeno peppers
Whisk together oil, vinegar and Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon in large bowl.
Add bell peppers and jalapeno peppers and toss to coat.
Grill peppers, turning occasionally and basting with Bouillon mixture, until softened and lightly charred, about 15 minutes.
