Grilled Peppers

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon
  • 4 large red bell peppers or yellow or orange bell peppers, (about 3 lbs.), quartered and cored
  • 6 large jalapeno peppers
  • 1 Whisk together oil, vinegar and Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon in large bowl.
  • 2 Add bell peppers and jalapeno peppers and toss to coat.
  • 3 Grill peppers, turning occasionally and basting with Bouillon mixture, until softened and lightly charred, about 15 minutes.
