HEAT oil in large nonstick saucepan and cook chicken, turning once, until browned, about 5 minutes.

POUR liquid left in saucepan into liquid measuring cup. Return 2 cups to saucepan (reserve any remaining for another use.*) and bring to a boil. Add Knorr Selects™ Spinach Florentine with Penne Pasta and return to a boil. Cook over medium-high heat and boil, covered, 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
SHRED chicken using 2 forks. Finely chop garlic and toss together. Stir into Pasta and season with pepper. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
