Melt 1 tablespoon Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring frequently, 4 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken and set aside.
Melt remaining 2 tablespoon Spread in same skillet and cook tomato and onion, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender and liquid is reduced by half. Stir in water and milk. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in Knorr® Italian Sides™ - Alfredo and continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until pasta is tender. Return chicken to skillet; heat through.
