  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 COMBINE chicken, soy sauce and cornstarch in medium bowl. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  • 2 ADD garlic to same skillet and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • 3 ADD 2 cups water, Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor, broccoli and ginger and prepare acording to package directions. Stir in chicken. Garnish, if desired, with sliced green onions.
