WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Let's Get Cooking
COMBINE chicken, soy sauce and cornstarch in medium bowl. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
ADD garlic to same skillet and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
ADD 2 cups water, Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor, broccoli and ginger and prepare acording to package directions. Stir in chicken. Garnish, if desired, with sliced green onions.
