Chicken & Broccoli with Garlic-Ginger Rice

Our Chicken Broccoli With Garlic Ginger Rice is so tasty, it won't be on your plate for very long. With the potent flavors of garlic and ginger, this chicken recipe always delivers.

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

  • 1 COMBINE chicken, soy sauce and cornstarch in medium bowl. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  • 2 ADD garlic to same skillet and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • 3 ADD 2 cups water, Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor, broccoli and ginger and prepare acording to package directions. Stir in chicken. Garnish, if desired, with sliced green onions.
