  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. pickle relish
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
  • 1 BROWN ground beef in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove ground beef and drain if desired. Set aside.
  • 2 COOK Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli in same skillet according to package directions. Stir in ground beef, tomato, Thousand Island dressing and relish.
  • 3 SERVE on platter with lettuce. Top, if desired, with your favorite burger toppings such as shredded cheese, pickles, chopped red onion and additional tomato and Thousand Island dressing.
