- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing

BROWN ground beef in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove ground beef and drain if desired. Set aside.
COOK Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli in same skillet according to package directions. Stir in ground beef, tomato, Thousand Island dressing and relish.
SERVE on platter with lettuce. Top, if desired, with your favorite burger toppings such as shredded cheese, pickles, chopped red onion and additional tomato and Thousand Island dressing.
