- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 green onions, sliced diagonally
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Knorr® Beef flavor Bouillon Cube(s)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 -lb. flank steak
- 8 (6-in. ea.) fajita size flour tortillas, warmed
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper; set aside.
Combine, Knorr® Beef flavor Bouillon Cubes cumin and olive oil in a small glass bowl and microwave on high 20 seconds. Stir until blended. Coat steak with bouillon mixture and grill about 8 minutes or until desired doneness, then slice steak. Serve in tortillas with cabbage slaw. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and hot pepper sauce.
