  • 1 package Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Chicken flavor
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, divided
  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 1 small onion, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1 small tomato, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Prepare Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Chicken flavor with water and 1 Tbsp. margarine according to package directions.

  2. Meanwhile, melt remaining 1 bsp. tablespoon Spread in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook zucchini and onion, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Add tomato and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Toss with hot Pasta Sides, olives and cheese.
