1. Pour your Knorr Selects into a medium saucepan. Add 1 1/2 cups water, 1/2 cup 2% milk, and 1 Tbsp. olive oil to the saucepan.
2. Give it a stir. Bring to boil, then lower the heat to medium and boil uncovered for 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally, until your rice is tender.
3. Turn off the heat and wait at least 2 minutes for the sauce to thicken. Stir once more and enjoy.
1. In a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups water, 1 cup 2% milk and 2 Tbsp. olive oil and contents of package. Microwave uncovered at HIGH 12 minutes or until your rice is tender, stirring once halfway through cooking. Remove from microwave, let stand for 2 minutes. Stir once more and enjoy.
