  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • coriander

Nutritional Values

  • 1 Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion, carrot and celery for 5 minutes.
  • 2 Add the spices and cook for 1 minute then pour in the Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot and bring to a simmer.
  • 3 Add in the cauliflower, lentils, chickpeas and season with Knorr Tomato & Garlic Seasoning.
  • 4 Cook for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked, then sprinkle in the chopped coriander before serving.
