  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon demerara sugar
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 23 grams Knorr Mixed Herbs Flavour Pot
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 courgettes sliced
  • 2 potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 3 carrots peeled and sliced
  • 1 Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot
  • 2 teaspoons tomato puree
  • 600 ml water
  • 1 tinned chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt (optional)
