  • 2 medium sized onions, chopped
  • 450 ml ham stock, made with 1 Knorr Ham Stock Cube
  • 450 ml water
  • 400 g bag frozen peas with mint
  • 450 ml semi skimmed milk
  • 120 g thickly sliced ham, diced

  • 1 Melt the Flora in a large pan. Fry onion until golden brown, 6-8 minutes. Add Knorr stock and peas and simmer gently for 5 minutes until peas are tender. Add the milk and reheat.
  • 2 Remove from the heat and blend in food processor until smooth. Add the ham and serve.
