  • 700 g of potato, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 celery stick, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 500 g lean lamb mince
  • 1 Knorr Beef Stock Pot dissolved in 400 ml water
  • 10 g plain flour
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 100 g garden peas
  • 20 g Flora Buttery
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp of semi skimmed milk
