Classic Fish Pie

Simple, creamy and scrumptious, it’s easy to make and great for lunch or dinner. The mashed potato can be decorated anyway you like, try some nice patterns or simply rough up with a fork, as long it’s moist and soft, the pie will be great.

  • 1 Knorr Fish Stock Pot dissolved in 400 ml of boiling water
  • 100 ml Elmlea Single
  • 150 g baby leeks, blanched, blotted & patted dry
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 700 g mashed potato
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
  • 300 g fish cut into large cubes
