Chinese-style Cod Fillet

This super easy Chinese-Style cod fillet recipe brings together all the great tastes of mirin, soy, ginger, chilli and lime wrapped up in foil so that the cod is steamed when baked in the oven. Simple, fresh and totally delicious!

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 10 grams Knorr Fish Stock Cube
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp mirin seasoning
  • 1 tbsp, reduced salt soy sauce
  • A thumb sized piece of fresh root ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 small red chilli, finely chopped
  • zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 4 spring onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for oiling foil
