  • 1 medium onion, peeled and finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 220 g skinless chicken breast fillet, cut into slices
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp Very Lazy chilli paste
  • 400 g can green lentils, drained and rinsed
  • 10 grams Knorr Chicken Stock Cube
  • 40 g natural yogurt
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh coriander, leaves picked
  • 160 grams crusty bread, to serve
