  • 25g Flora Buttery
  • 175g minced beef
  • 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 800g can tomatoes
  • 1 KNORR Beef Stock Cube, made up to 300m with water
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and chopped

  • 1 Melt the Flora in a saucepan and sauté the beef and onion until browned.
  • 2 Add the carrots, garlic, paprika, caraway seeds, tomatoes, and stock. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
  • 3 Stir in the pepper and cook a further 10 minutes. Serve with crusty bread.
