This beef curry isn’t too spicy and makes a lovely warming winter meal. And because it takes a couple of hours to cook, it means you can get on with other things once you’ve got it going. Serve with Basmati rice or Naan bread for an authentic meal.

  • 600 g diced stewing beef
  • 1 green pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper sliced
  • 300 g diced potatoes

  • 400 g can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Knorr Beef Stock Cube
  • 50 ml yoghurt
  • fresh fresh herbs to garnish
