  • 170 g bread flour
  • 200 g plain flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 carrots peeled into ribbons
  • 2 bok choi blanched
  • 1 tbsp spring onion finely chopped
  • 2 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp ground roasted cumin ground
