  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • 1 finely chopped red chilli or green chilli
  • 400 grams lean beef mince
  • 1 Knorr Beef Stock Pot
  • 400 gram chopped tinned tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon bbq chicken seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 200 grams frozen sweetcorn
  • 400 gram drained tinned kidney beans
  • 400 grams spaghetti

  • 1 Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic, onion and chilli for 5 minutes.
  • 2 Add the mince and cook until browned.
  • 3 Dissolve the Knorr® Beef Stock Pot in 300ml boiling water and add to the mince with the tomatoes, tomato purée, BBQ spice and paprika.
  • 4 Bring the sauce to the boil, while stirring. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 5 Add the sweetcorn and kidney beans and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 6 Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and keep warm.
  • 7 Divide the spaghetti between the serving plates and top with the sauce, a dollop of sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, tomato salsa and fresh coriander leaves, if desired.
