  • 4 beef sirloin steak, each weighing about 175 g
  • 1 Knorr Beef Stock Cube
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • lemon and garlic spread
  • 80 g Flora Buttery
  • 1 small clove garlic (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • zest of 1/2 lemon
  • juniper and orange spread
  • 80 g Flora Buttery
  • 4 juniper berries, crushed
  • zest 1/2 orange
  • 1 tsp Knorr Touch of Taste Beef
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped thyme

  • 1 Beat the Flora until soft and mix with your chosen ingredients. Chill for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • 2 Place a sheet of greaseproof paper or cling film on the work surface. Spoon the Flora mix onto the centre and roll into a sausage shape 2.5cm thick. Refrigerate until firm for a few hours. Cut into 4 slices.
  • 3 Make a paste by crumbling the Knorr stock cube and mixing it with olive oil and massage into the steaks on both sides.
  • 4 Heat a heavy based griddle or frying pan and cook your steaks until done to your taste.
  • 5 Preheat a grill until hot. Place the steaks on a baking sheet topped with the slices of savoury spread. Cook until the spread has just started to melt and serve immediately with potato wedges and a mixed green salad.
