  • 1 Whisk together the marinade ingredients and spoon over the ribs, coating them evenly. Leave to marinade for 30 minutes.
  • 2 Place on the barbecue and cook turning occasionally until caramelised, tender and cooked through.
  • 3 Serve immediately with rice and a mixed salad.
