  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • For the sauce:
  • 150 ml Hellmann's Tomato Ketchup
  • 80 ml juice of lemon
  • 10 grams Knorr Chicken Stock Cube
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 10 ml Hot sauce to taste Tabasco sauce or your favourite
  • 1 teaspoon cumin optional

  • 1 Combine well all sauce ingredients. Pour over the chicken wings. Make sure the chicken is well coated with the sauce.
  • 2 Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Roast in preheated oven at 230°C, 210°C fan, Gas mark 8 for about 45 min.
  • 3 Serve warm or cold with blue cheese dip or your favourite yoghurt dip. Celery sticks optional.
