  • 1.5 Knorr Chicken Stock Pot or Vegetable Stock Pots
  • 400 grams pork sausage meat
  • 1 tbsp Flora Buttery
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 Knorr Mixed Chillies Flavour Pot
  • 400 g can tinned no-salt-added chopped tomatoes
  • 400 g can ready to eat green lentils, drained
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, to garnish

  • 1 Prepare the stock with the Knorr Stock Pot and 750mls of water. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and keep simmering.
  • 2 Form the sausage meat into small meatballs.
  • 3 Heat the Flora in a saucepan and fry meatballs until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan.
  • 4 Add onion, garlic and Knorr Flavour Pot to the pan and sauté over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  • 5 Add stock, tomatoes and lentils. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 6 Add meatballs simmer for another five minutes. Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley.
