  • 450 grams lean beef mince
  • 60 grams breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg lightly beaten

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 200 grams chestnut mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Knorr Beef Gravy Pot
  • 280 ml water
  • 50 grams half-fat soured cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

  • 1 Combine beef mince, breadcrumbs, milk, Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot and egg in a large bowl. Shape into 4 oval minced meat steaks.
  • 2 Melt 1 tablespoon of Flora Buttery in a large frying pan over medium-high heat and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, turning the steaks once. Remove steaks and keep warm.
  • 3 Melt remaining tablespoon Flora Buttery and olive oil in the same pan over medium heat and cook the onions for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms, stirring frequently for about 3 minutes until lightly browned.
  • 4 Add the water and Knorr Beef Gravy Pot and whisk gently as you bring it to the boil. Return steaks to the pan. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until steaks are done. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Sprinkle with parsley.
