  • 150 grams unsmoked bacon cut into small strips
  • 100 ml Elmlea Double
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot
  • 300 grams spaghetti (or your favourite pasta)
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese grated

  • 1 Heat the oil in a non stick frying pan. Add the bacon and fry until it is golden.
  • 2 In a separate bowl lightly stir the Elmlea, egg yolks and the KNORR® Garlic Flavour Pot together.
  • 3 Cook pasta according to pack instructions, drain thoroughly, return to saucepan.
  • 4 Stir cream mixture through pasta to lightly cook, serve with the bacon and Parmesan cheese sprinkled over the top.
