  • 400g bag frozen peas with mint
  • 450ml semi skimmed milk
  • 120g thickly sliced ham, diced

  • 1 Melt the Flora in a large pan. Fry onion until golden brown, 6-8 minutes. Add Knorr stock and peas and simmer gently for 5 minutes until peas are tender. Add the milk and reheat.
  • 2 Remove from the heat and blend in food processor until smooth. Add the ham and serve.
