  • 1 Preheat oven 180°C, 160°C fan, Gas Mark 4.
  • 2 Combine all ingredients in large bowl, until thoroughly mixed.
  • 3 Shape into loaf on greased baking tray.
  • 4 Bake uncovered for 50 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and leave to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
