  • 1 Knorr Lamb Stock Cube
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped rosemary, plus sprigs to garnish
  • 1 tbsp chopped roughly thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • juice and zest of half a lemon

  • 1 Blend the Knorr Lamb Stock Cube with the oil to make a smooth paste. Add the herbs, garlic and the lemon zest and juice. Spread the paste evenly over the lamb chops.
  • 2 Place the chops on a greased baking tray and place under a hot grill. Grill each side until golden brown and cooked to your taste. Serve with any meat juices and garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
