  • 10 grams Knorr Chicken Stock Cube
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1- 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp ready grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • handful watercress
  • 2- 3 tsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 10 grams Toasted flaked almonds, to garnish (optional)

  • 1 Preheat a griddle pan or heavy based frying pan.
  • 2 Make a paste using the Knorr Stock Cube, olive oil, curry powder, ginger, garlic, and lemon and spread half over the chicken breasts.
  • 3 Place the chicken breasts paste side down on the griddle and cook on a moderate heat for 8-10 minutes.
  • 4 Spread remaining paste over the chicken before turning over and cooking the other side for another 8-10 minutes. Reduce heat and carry on cooking until cooked through.
  • 5 Place chicken on serving plate, garnish with the watercress, coriander, and toasted flaked almonds.
