  • 6 sweet potatoes (purple skin with orange flesh)
  • 1 tbsp Knorr Hao Chi Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Preheat oven to 220°C.
  • 2 Slice sweet potatoes evenly into 1cm strips and place in water for 30 mins to remove excess starch.
  • 3 Combine ingredients for dipping sauce, and mix together under low heat. Set aside.
  • 4 Drain sweet potatoes and pat dry. Place into mixing bowl.
  • 5 Mix Knorr Hao Chi Seasoning, smoked paprika, corn flour, salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
  • 6 Drizzle olive oil onto sweet potatoes and toss. Ensure it is evenly coated with oil. After which, sprinkle and toss spices mixture on sweet potatoes.
  • 7 Evenly spread out the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Flip fries over and bake for another 10 minutes or until crispy.
  • 8 Cool fries on wire rack, and sprinkle with some sea salt. Serve alongside with salted egg yolk dip.
