  • 300 g whole chicken
  • 2500 ml water
  • 20 g Knorr Chicken Powder
  • 60 g ginger
  • 100 g sesame oil
  • 200 g scallion
  • 200 g uncooked rice
  • 30 g oil
  • 50 g garlic
  • 50 g sesame oil
  • 800 ml water
  • 10 g Knorr Chicken Powder
  • 1 Clean the chicken and heat the water.
  • 2 Put Ginger Chicken and cook over low heat.
  • 3 Add Knorr Chicken Powder and cook over 30 minutes intil the chicken is cooked.
  • 4 Once cooked, remove chicken and place in cold water.
  • 5 Hang the chicken to remove the moisture.
  • 6 Once chicken is dried, marinate it with sesame oil
  • 7 Use the cooking water for the gravy by straining the sauce, and adding sliced onions to it.
  • 8 For the rice, stir-fry garlic until fragrant, add rice to it and stir well.
  • 9 Then add water and Knorr Chicken Powder, and cook till the rice is done.
  • 10 Presentation of dish
  • 11 Serve rice with meat and gravy, together with the soya, chili & ginger sauces to your own preference.
