  • 340 g lotus root
  • 40 g sea moss
  • 8 pieces Chinese mushroom
  • 8 pieces dried oyster
  • 2 litre of clear chicken oyster made with 4 knorr chicken cubes in 1 litre of water and made with 4 knorr chicken cube in litre of water
  • 1 Clean and peel lotus root and cut into chunks.
  • 2 Soak mushroom and cut stem clean.
  • 3 Soak and clean dried oyster and sea moss.
  • 4 Add all ingredients into stock pot and bring it to a boil.
  • 5 Turn the heat low and cook for 2 hours.
  • 6 Season with salt.
