  • 640 g pork spare rib
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tsp dried osmanthus
  • 1 tbsp chinese wine
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tbsp Knorr Hao Chi Seasoning
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp chinese wine
  • 1 tsp Knorr Hao Chi Seasoning
  • 2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 Soak dried osmanthus in warm water.
  • 2 Use marinade ingredients to marinate the spare ribs for 30 minutes.
  • 3 Heat up 2 tbsp of oil in pan and pan fry the ribs till crispy outside.
  • 4 Place ribs in a roasting pan. Pre-heat the oven to 218°C.
  • 5 Stir fry ginger, sprinkle wine, add in mixed seasoning and cook well.
  • 6 Brush seasoning all over ribs. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 7 Sprinkle dried osmanthus over the ribs.
