  • For prawns:
  • 1 tbsp Knorr Hao Chi Seasoning
  • 350 g tiger prawn
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp thinly chopped coriander root
  • 1 tbsp Knorr Hao Chi Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 4 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 4 piece small shallot (thinly sliced)
  • 1 pc red chilli (thinly sliced)
  • 35 g unsalted butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 200 g chinese green (baby caiXin or Dow Miao)
  • 1 Marinate Prawn with Knorr Haochi All in One seasoning, lemon juice and coriander root for 1 hour.
  • 2 Add avocado oil into a heated wok, fry shallots and chilli to fragrant. Add orange juice, water, and butter with Knorr Haochi All in One seasoning.
  • 3 Add the marinated prawn to the gravy and bring it to a boil.
  • 4 Upon boiling, add Chinese greens and cover with a wok to simmer until almost dry.
  • 5 Serve hot with a bowl of rice.
