  • 2 tbsp Knorr Hao Chi Seasoning
  • 1 pc white onion thinly sliced
  • 550 g beef ribs (pre blanched for 5 min)
  • 2 litre water
  • 45 g fresh ginseng
  • 6 pcs red dates
  • 1 cup thinly sliced leek
  • 1 Add in water with Knorr Hao Chi All in One Seasoning
  • 2 Combine all remaining ingredients together in a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 25mins
  • 3 Scoop out the oil before serving with the leek.
