  • 1 can pacific clams
  • 4 dried scallops, soaked
  • 10 pcs dried shitake mushroom, soaked
  • 2 pc fish maw, soaked
  • 10 pc bamboo pith, soaked
  • 5 pcs of red dates, soaked
  • 1/2 a kampung chicken (chop cut small pieces), blanch
  • 1 pc Knorr Chicken Stock Cubes (No Added MSG)
  • 1 In a pot of water, Add knorr cube to boil for 1 min.
  • 2 Add all ingredients and bring to boil, followed by simmer for 30minutes
  • 3 Skim off any floating particles as needed.
