  • 300 g lean pork, sliced into 3 inch strips
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 pcs red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 pc green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small can pineapple chunks (reserve 1/4 cup pineapple syrup)
  • 1 (45g) pack Knorr Sweet and Sour Recipe Mix
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • For the batter:
  • Mix together 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of water, and 1 whole egg smoothly. Chill before using.

  • 1 Begin by dipping the pork strips in the batter and deep frying them in hot oil until crisp. Remove them from the pan and place them on top of a tray lined with paper towels. You may flavour the pork strips with a sprinkle of Knorr Liquid Seasoning then add pepper.
  • 2 Grab a pan and make it nice and hot. Pour some oil and sauté the bell peppers and pineapple chunks for a minute.
  • 3 The next step is to pour Knorr Sweet and Sour Recipe Mix dissolved in 1 1/2 cups of water next and bring to a boil and then simmer until thick.
  • 4 Now add pineapple syrup and fried pork and let simmer for 2 minutes.
