  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1C raw jasmine rice
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 80g minced pork
  • 2 tbsp Knorr SavorRich Pork Liquid Seasoning
  • Handful of whole basil leaves
  • 5 grams sliced red onions
  • Handful of cilantro
  • Handful of mint leaves
  • 5pcs cabbage leaves

  • 1 Make your sauce: In a bowl mix in lime juice, white sugar and fish sauce.
  • 2 Make your toasted rice: In a pan, toast the raw jasmine until brown and blend them in blender until coarse sand texture.
  • 3 Torch your garlic cloves and red onion with a blow torch until black then pound it with a mortar and pestle.
  • 4 Sauté the garlic onion paste in oil until aromatic and add in your pork.
  • 5 Add your Knorr SavorRich Pork Liquid Seasoning and mix well. Add the blended sauce and cook until pork absorbs all the liquid. Turn off the heat transfer pork into a bowl.
  • 6 Sprinkle with toasted rice, herbs and sliced red onions. Serve it with a side of lettuce pieces.
