  • ½ kilo ground chicken
  • 1 Knorr Chicken Cube
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 50 ml water

  • 1 This recipe can be easily prepared in an instant. All you need to do is combine ground chicken in a bowl together with onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, paprika and chilli flakes. Set this aside.
  • 2 Instead of the usual salt as seasoning, we’re going to teach you a way to make a more flavourful component to add to your burger. Just by dissolving 1 pc of Knorr Chicken cube in 50 ml water and combining it with the ground chicken, the outcome will be fantastic. Make sure, though, that the burgers are kneaded by hand to fully incorporate the ingredients.
  • 3 Now, the next step is about the shaping of the patties. With 3 spoonful scoops of the burger mixture, try to form a round shape then flatten it by using the back of the spoon. Smoothen out the surface and repeat this procedure until all the chicken mixture is finished. Allow these to set for at least 30 minutes in the chiller to retain their shape.
