  • 2 tbsp olive oil for sauteing
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 kg chicken breast fillet
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • Knorr Adobo Complete Recipe Mix, dissolved in 1 ½ cup water
  • 1/3 cup corn kernel
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 6-8 pieces salad tomatoes
  • salted egg

  • 1 First, you need to make a nice combination of a spicy and tangy mixture from Sriracha and diluted Knorr Adobo Complete Recipe Mix. Use this mixture to marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours.
