  • 4 cloves garlic, diced
  • ½ kg beef loin, sliced into strips
  • ¼ cup tausi, drained

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1½ cups water (or as needed)

How to Cook Ampalaya con Carne

Step 1
