Mix together cumin powder, yoghurt, chili paste or fresh chillis, garlic, ginger, mace, garam masala powder, pounded Knorr Beef Cube, oil and calamansi juice.
Coat the lamb in the mixture and marinate for at least 4 hours.
Thread the meat onto skewers or bamboo sticks and grill. Don't forget to brush the meat with oil while grilling.
You know what else you can do? You can add sliced bell peppers, tomatoes and/or onions to the skewers for added flavor and color.
