  • 2 tsps. garlic, crushed

  • 1 pc. Knorr Beef Cube, pounded and mashed
  • 2 tsps. calamansi juice

  • 1 Mix together cumin powder, yoghurt, chili paste or fresh chillis, garlic, ginger, mace, garam masala powder, pounded Knorr Beef Cube, oil and calamansi juice.
  • 2 Coat the lamb in the mixture and marinate for at least 4 hours.
  • 3 Thread the meat onto skewers or bamboo sticks and grill. Don't forget to brush the meat with oil while grilling.
