  • 1 kilo pork shoulder, whole
  • 2 tbsp Knorr SavorRich Pork Liquid Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp onion powder
  • 3 tbsp garlic powder
  • 6 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • water (as needed)

  • 1 Prepare pork by removing any silver skin.
  • 2 Mix all dry ingredients together and reserve. Rub pork shoulder with yellow mustard and sprinkle liberally with dry rub.
  • 3 Place pork shoulder in a oven proof pan, cover with cling wrap and foil and cook at 135C for 2-3 hours, or until tender.
  • 4 Once cooked, remove from the pan, reserve liquids and begin to pull pork.
  • 5 Add 30 ml of Knorr SavorRich Pork Liquid Seasoning to the stock and incorporate to the pulled pork. Use pulled pork however desired- with rice, fries, burger, quesadilla.
