  • 100 grams pork mask, boiled, grilled and chopped
  • 10 grams pork liver, grilled and chopped
  • 15 grams red onions, chopped
  • 15 grams green chili, chopped
  • 20 grams chicharon, crushed
  • 2 grams Knorr SavorRich Pork Liquid Seasoning
  • 25 grams Lady's Choice Mayonnaise
  • 25 ml Sisig Sauce (recipe below)
  • Store-bought frozen gyoza/dumpling wrapper
  • Sisig Sauce:
  • 20 ml Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 10 ml soy sauce
  • 15 grams Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise
  • 5 ml calamansi juice
  • pinch pepper
  • Dipping sauce:
  • 5 grams Sriracha sauce
  • 45 ml bottled ponzu sauce

  • 1 Sisig filling: Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for gyoza wrapper. Chill until sisig becomes gelatinous. Wrap in gyoza wrapper. Cook and serve with dipping sauce.
  • 2 Sisig sauce: Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Use in filling.
  • 3 Dipping sauce: Combine Sriracha and Ponzu. Serve on the side.
